How to download TeamViewer (remote control by IT-mästaren)

This guide will show you how to download and run TeamViewer, which is IT-mästarens choice of remote control program when troubleshooting.

Getting started
You can download TeamViewer by pressing here. 

Depending on the browser, the download is located in different places. There are two examples below how to run TeamViewer in Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge.

Change password in citrix

This guide will show you how to change the password in Windows Remote Desktop

  1. Connect to your Citrix Desktop. Once inside Citrix Desktop, navigate the mouse pointer at the top of the Citrix Desktop view. There should be a tab /logo that is clickable. Press this.
  2. Follow the step by step guide in the picture above. Press the Citrix icon -> Three-point menu and select Ctrl + Alt + Del.
  3. The windows lock screen will now appear in Citrix Desktop. Select Change Password / Change Password on the menu. Fill in marked fields as shown in the picture above. Start by entering your old password (current) followed by new – and confirm the new one thereafter. To execute the password change, press Enter on your keyboard or select ARROW.
  4. The change of password is now completed. We recommend that you log out and log in again for the switch on Citrix Desktop Apps to work through. To be noted. How to change password in Windows Remote Desktop

This guide will show you how to change the password in Windows Remote Desktop


  1. Connect to your Windows Remote Desktop. Once inside Windows Remote Desktop, press the CTRL + ALT + END key combination
  2. Windows lock screen will now appear in Windows Remote Desktop. Select Change Password in the menu

    Fill in marked fields as shown in the picture above. Start by entering your old password (current) followed by new – and confirm the new one thereafter. To execute the password change, press Enter on your keyboard or select ARROW.

 

  1. The password change is now completed. We recommend logging out and logging in again to make the switch to Windows Remote Desktop Apps complete. To be noted.  Your email can be linked to the same password as the remote desktop, which means that this must be updated on other devices.
